Snow day with actual snow!

 We woke up this morning to a blanket of snow.  I bundled the kids up and we went outside.  Layton had never seen such a site.  The sad part is that we are just not cold weather equipped.  We need snow gloves really really bad.  We could also use some snow suits.  I realize they would only be used on average once a year but when that one day does arrive it sure is fun to play in the stuff and not be miserable.

We stayed out there long enough to take a few pictures and grab some snow for snow cream.  I was done.  Poor Layton fell down at least ten times.  He was cold and wet.  We went inside and I stripped him down,   put some warm blankets on him and he pointed to the tv. 

Todd and Reagan attempted to play longer while I made snow cream.  We had snow cream for breakfast.  Who does that?
