Summer fun with Science

Thanks to pinterest, we found a fun science experiment using soap.  The kids loved it!  We have been showing everyone that comes to the house our fun soap experiment. 

You start with Ivory soap.  I cut up a bar into four squares.

You put it in the microwave and watch.

4th of July T-Shirts

We were lucky to have a few cousins over the day before the 4th.  I decided to make some cute shirts I had seen on pinterest.  They turned out really cute!

Easter Party at Mo Mo and Paw Paw's house

Mo mo and Paw Paw planned a wonderful Easter party.  There was a beautiful lunch prepared.  Everything was delicious.  After lunch, the kids enjoyed an egg hunt.  Some of the eggs had money in them!  Then, we sang, "Happy Birthday" to Owen and Reagan.  After that, the kids all got into the pool.  We weren't prepared for swimming my kids swam in what they wore.

Spring Break ~ Children's Museum

During the Stock show this year the Fort Worth Museum had their memberships 20% off.  I jumped on the opportunity.  We have loved it!  We got to have the Baumann cousins stay at our house for three days during spring break. Monday we went to the Museum and met up with the McEwan family.  It was perfect!  Margaret and I kept counting 10 heads everywhere we went.

Reagan doesn't normally play in her dress up clothes unless she has a friend over. Emylie has been over for a couple days and they have played dress up non stop. They are two beautiful princesses.

Layton and his little cousin Zac are almost a year a part. Layton loves babies. Even though, he is about the same size as most the babies he knows, he still realizes he is older and wants to baby them.

He had to hold him in his lap.  You can see how proud he is.

Zoo Day

Last Saturday, we went to the zoo.  William, Brooke and their boys Liam and Lawson, Melissa, and three kids, Baylie, Emylie and Charlie and my parents all went to the zoo.  We got there right before it got too hot.  The kids had so much fun looking at all the animals and playing at Texas Wild.
