Saturday finally arrived! The kids were left at home being well cared for as Donelle and I headed to Frisco to meet Stephenie Meyer.
Adam and I had been early enough last Tuesday that we scored great seats. We sat down in the Centennial High School Auditorium. The fans were so pumped you would have thought we were at a Hannah Montana concert. She finally came out it was so cool.
She answered some previously submitted questions for around 20 minutes and then proceded to sign autographs. We went row by row and since we had such great seats we didn't wait too long.
We finally made it to the stage and Donelle and I were discussing what we were going to say. I was like uuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhh? I finally reached her table and I said, "I am a little star struck, I don't know what to say". She said, "I don't usually know what to say at these things either". She was so normal. She dressed just like a mom out for the evening. I wanted to ask her so many questions. She was just so cool. Why couldn't I have had a dream about a vampire?

Glad you got to see Stephenie Meyer. I'm sad Maria forgot about the event and didn't get to go. Especially after I specifically asked her to find something out of the house to do that day while I did some projects for Mother's Day.
Thanks so much for taking me along, and again for getting my ticket. I had a great time!!! Love girls days out without the kids:)
