Tough Times but Enormously Blessed

Last Thursday Adam was officially laid off. We knew for a month that it would happen we just weren't sure when. We decided in Janurary that we would place our snow cone stand for sale. We had it on Craig's List for only a month. Adam received an email last week from a man visiting Fort Worth that was interested in looking at it. He came over Sunday and Adam showed him everything. The man left and then called Adam and said he was interested in buying it and asked if he could put down a deposit. Adam told him not to worry he wouldn't sell it out from under him. The man was determined. He drove back to our house gave us a check and called his daughter to overnight a check for the rest. The Lord has certainly blessed us. We now can survive a few months while Adam is out of work. We pray it won't be long and that he will be able to return to work soon. Todd has been so sweet about the whole thing. When I told him he said, "It's okay mommy, we can move and daddy can get a new job". In every prayer he says he asks Heavenly Father to help his daddy get a job. So sweet. You never realize how important your family is until you go through something like this. We also have amazing friends who are praying right along with us. Great times are coming but until then we are enormously blessed.

Amen to that girl. Things will work out and if not you could move in with us, wouldn't that be fun. We could stick Todd in with Paisley and Reagan in the bathroom with Sawyer.hehehhe.
That so cute with Todds prayers. Georgie just giggles the whole time when we say prayers at night together.
