Happy Anniversary!
Adam and I celebrated our 6th Anniversary on Saturday. Michelle graciously watched the kids for us so we could have a night out. Adam had to conduct at a baptism that night so we went out after that. We ate at Pappasitos. I cannot get enough fajitas these days! It must be a pregnant thing. Then we went to watch Harry Potter. It was a wonderful evening and a great reason to CELEBRATE!

What NOT to do in Texas in July
We headed out for another adventure with the Quinn Family on Monday. They were marking off another place to visit before they leave Texas. The Dinosaur park was listed as one of the top 10 things to do by Yahoo. I had never been and the kids were free! We got there around 12:00 and found out all the creeks and water spots were dried up and stagnent. It was HOT to say the least. I am glad I had just purchased a 24 pack of water because I was constantly pouring water all over our heads and our bodies to try and keep cool. We were told there was one spot that did have some water in it. None of these locations were easy to get to. That little watering whole was nasty too. Todd fell in and was upset he had mud all over him and down his pants. Todd was crying and decided to strip down naked because he had pokey things all over him. That would be sand. Reagan was crying on my hip because she was just plain miserable. We left.

4th of July
The Killebrew family had a week long celebration for the 4th of July.
Last Saturday, we drove out to the sticks to visit the Ellestads'. They were having their celebration a week early in case Josh had to had back to work. We had food, swimming and fireworks.
Wednesday, Todd made an awesome hat to wear complete with his own words. "Thanks for fireworks! Have a good day!".
Friday, we enjoyed a swim party at Momo's house. Michelle and her family came to town and wanted to have a swim party so she could spend time with her friends. I didn't know that Michelle hadn't asked her mom yet and I told Sherry we would be at the party around 2. Oops! Luckily, all was fine and the party was on. The kids had a wonderful time! The girls decorated the whole backyard with flags and banners. It was quite the festive spot!

Saturday night, we hurried to down town Fort Worth to watch the fireworks. We realized once the show started that we were in the wrong location. Maybe next year we can find the perfect spot! We were so happy to have Uncle Todd with us!
