Father's Day

Adam is a great Dad! Todd and Reagan love spending time with him.

We woke up Sunday morning late and rushing to get ready for church. Since we didn't have time for a big breakfast we came home and made lunch. Todd and I made pancakes. Todd decided to make them red and green. We also had bacon and hashbrowns. For dinner we had steaks, potatoes and veggies. Adam cooked it all on the grill. It was delicous!

Liam's 1st birthday

The family loaded up in the mini van and headed up north to Oklahoma. We were going to a very special birthday party. Liam turned 1! Uncle William and Aunt Brooke planned a great party. They rented a bounce house for the big kids to play in.

There was lots and lots of food and plenty of delicous drinks.

We enjoyed wearing our Mickey ears too.

When they brought out the pinata the kids were jumping with excitement. Reagan wouldn't take any swings but didn't have a problem picking up candy that was dropped.

Liam missed all this excitement due to his nap. Hey, turning one takes a lot out of you. We needed more sugar so they brought out the cake and icecream. It was such a fun day! We enjoyed a nice quiet ride home in the car since the little darlings slept most of the way back home.

Pookie the Clown

This summer at Chick Fil A's family night they will be presenting a very special clown. Our very own Pookie the Clown! She will be there making free balloon designs for all the kids who come to Family Night. Lindsey is incredibly talented. She does balloons, face painting and magic shows. If you need a friendly, cute clown; Pookie's your clown! Her website is http://www.partywithpookie.com/ .

Krispy Kreme

We set off to Krispy Kreme to gobble up some delicious sugary doughnuts. The kids really wanted to watch them make the doughnuts. When we got there the the weren't making any but right before we left they began to make some doughnut holes. They loved watching it! Between 6 kids and 2 adults we ended up ordering 18 doughnuts. We thought that a dozen would be MORE than enough. The little gobblers kept coming back for more. I have to say I was guilty of eating a fair portion. I can't trust my pregnant self to control the urge to eat more than ONE!
